Adobe Creative cloud won't let me sign in.

I know the password is correct because I signed in on my web browser but when I use the app to open PS it says "you have been signed out, unable to authenticate blah blah blah"

 

I know you probably have to reinstall it but when I try doing this it says I have to unistall my adobe programs first, and to do this I need to sign in!!!!

 

I am on a Dell PC

Little late. I ended up having to completely wipe the computer of everything.

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

 

if you're account shows an active subscription, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
