adobe creative clous

I want to download my bought product (Abobe Creative Cloud) with excess to adobe programs.

I was trying to download it, had to fill in my serienumber.

But something went wrong, I had to try again and now my serienumber doesn't work anymore.

I have access to creative cloud right now, but I can't find the programs.

What do I have to do, to have acces to the programs? (photoshop etc.)
