adobe creative + photoshop

I have just purchased my new seagate backup/plus hub as today feb. 15. Trying to install. Seems to work though. But afterwards I wanted to download photoshop and adobe creative. Not possible. I think I made a small mistake by downloading programmes. However. It's it possible for my to un-install and just start again? I have already been registrated once to re-deem the product. Will it be possible to un-install and re-in-stall without further?

Sign out of your account and run https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html to remove programs

Thanks for responding that quick. I will try. I did run the cleaning tool. Tried to download photoshop again. But still -no!
