please advice

i own a license of adobe creative suite 5.5 standard

i cant activate the prudoct - the activation reach 2 pc limit

the old pc is dead and i cant deactivate the prudoct

how can i deactivate old instalations and activate the new

You have to contact the Adobe support. Only they can reset the activation. Asking for an activation count reset and for nothing else related to CS5.5 or little you'll be declined.

Click on "Contact us" (in the lower right) and typ AGENT in the chat field.
