hallo,
ich besitze die master collection 5 seit 2011. ich kann die sofeware nicht mehr auf meinem neuen rechner installieren. seriennummer gültig, aber kein produkt auf dem rechner - wird mir angezeigt.
was soll ich machen? ich habe die cd´s und die seriennummer...
ich würde mich über hilfe freuen.

is your cs5 and upgrade from a previous version?
if so, after entering your cs5 serial number you will be prompted to select the qualifying product (eg, cs4) and you will then be prompted for the qualifying product's serial number.
enter the correct number at the correct time and installation will complete.
