Adobe Creative Suite 5 serial number problems.

Question

I had to wipe my computer recently and am trying to reinstall my CS5 however when I put in the serial number I wrote down from last time it didn't accept it. Upon going to the website to obtain a new serial number it wouldn't recognize my product code since www.adobe.com/go/edu-validate doesn't seem to exist. Help please!

You normally only get one serial number for the life of a product. Try contacting Adobe support thru chat and see if they can help.
