Adobe Creative Suite 5 Web Premium Photoshop Issue

Trying to install (w/ discs) Adobe Creative Suite 5 Web Premium on newish Mac and finally got everything loaded but Photoshop will not open. Illustator opens fine but Photoshop won't load. And it's a pretty quick non load. No circle spinning or long waits. Andybody know what may be causing this and what a fix might be?

Which Mac operating system?

If you're running Monterey, Big Sur or Catalina then, officially, CS5 (which includes 32 bit components) will not successfully install since those operating systems do not support any 32 bit software.
