Adobe creative suite 6

Dear Jeff,

I have decided to run Creative Suite 6 Design Standard on my Mac Os.

I want the license be swapped for a Macintosh license.

I have:

- a computer with windows professional 7. On this computer is Adobe creative suite 6 Design Standard running.

- a computer Imac system macOS Sierra versie 10.12.5

- I have a license Adobe creative suite 5.5. design standard (with number on the box) and a upgrade Adobe creative suite 6 design standard (with number on the box).

- On the creative cloud is the license number for the upgrade visible.

I have downloaded the adobe creative suit 6 application on the mac. But I can't instal it. First I have installed the

software in parallels on the mac (windows professional 7). But it won’t work. I have it deleted.

That is maybe the problem.

When adobe creative 6 is on the mac can I it also use it on the windows computer?

When not I want to be sure that de software is running on the Imac.

Gerben en Christine please make sure to install Creative Suite 6 using the serial number registered under your account. You can find details on how to locate your registered serial number at Find your serial number <http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html>. If you need a fresh copy of the installation files they are available at Download Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications <https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cs6-product-downloads.html>.

If you would prefer to run Creative Suite 6 Design Standard on Mac OS directly then you can request that your license be swapped for a Macintosh license. Details can be found at Exchange a product for a different language or platform version <https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/exchange-product-language-os.html> on how to complete the process. I would recommend that you complete the process soon as Creative Suite 6 is no longer available for purchase and we may only allow platform swaps for a limited time.
