Hi... Running OSX 10.8.5 on Macbook Pro 15inch i7 Retina Display. Have tried to look for AdobeHelp.exe blah blah in Activity Monitor to kill.... can't find unfortunatley.
Used cleaner and tried to reinstall. No luck there either.
Thinking maybe upgrading to Maverick.
Any help greatly appreciated thanks.
Apetr6 are you receiving any specific error messages when trying to install the software? I would also recommend reviewing your installation log files for errors. You can find information on how to locate and interpret your installation log files at Troubleshoot install issues with log files | CC - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cc.html. Please feel free to post any specific errors you discover to this discussion.
