Please help me resolve this ASAP by sending me an inbox message so we can chat or arrange a call back.

I recently had trouble with a Windows 7 machine and had to replace it with new equipment. I have CS6 student/teacher edition of Adobe Creative Suite CS6 Design & Web Premium and am not able to install some of the product on my Windows 10 Pro 64 bit computer. I have admin privileges and I did install Photoshop CS6 64 bit, InDesign CS6 and Adobe Acrobat Pro 10 about 2-3 days ago on the new machine. Now I need to complete the installation  by adding Dreamweaver, Illustrator and Fireworks. My name is Jerri-Jo Idarius and my email is: {rtemoved by moderator]

I spoke to a tech person who directed me here because he could not help me find the chat area. The installation almost complete and then informed me that my serial number was not valid. I read the number to the nice man who answered the phone at Adobe, gave him my serial number and he confirmed that it was indeed valid and that a chat person would surely help me solve the problem and not to worry.

I have loved all my Adobe products and in the pas have purchased CS, CS2, CS5 and now CS6. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter. Thank you.

You may need to uninstall what you now have, then use the Cleaner Tool, then reinstall ALL of the applications you intend to have at the same time.  Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
