Adobe Creative Suite Design Standard - Lap top transfer

Hey can anyone explain to me how I can get my PS/ AI/ ID which i purchased in '2014 Adobe Creative Suite Design Standard' onto a new MacBook ?

It doesn't give me an option anywhere to download what I have previously purchased...
