Your online account shows which devices are activated with currently supported products. Creative Suite is NOT a supported product. It’s too old.

In 2012, the CS6 license came with 2 activations. When those are exceeded, you’ll need new solutions.

    Photoshop Elements (3 year license)

    Creative Cloud Annual Photography Plan

    Creative Cloud Pro

    Hope that helps.

the only way to recover an activation is to use a computer (that meets adobe’s secuirty requirements) and that has an activation.  then deactivate.

because you already deactivated we can infer that your computer didn’t meet adobe’s security requirements, https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/activation-limit-reached-for-non-subscription-adobe-desktop-applications/td-p/14804413?linkId=100000376554410

there’s an extremely small chance, you can re-use the computer previously used to deactivate by installing your cs6 (not version 6) on that computer and re-activating.  IF that works, you would then need to update that computer to meet adobe’s requirements.

unfortunately, those requirements are (ahem) nebulous.
