Adobe Creative Suite Premium CS5 - Original Seller no longer available

Hello,

I legally purchased Adobe's Creative Suite Premium CS5 in the past. I can't find the install file for this any longer. I have a serial number already registered with Adobe. I would like to download and install CS5. I can't for the life of me find a way to actually contact Adobe. They make it so hard to ask a simple question.

Is there a way for me to download CS5 Premium so I can actually use the product I paid for?

    PDX971, sorry you are facing problems downloading and installing Creative Suite 5 Design Premium.  I reviewed the account you used to post to this public discussion forum and I see that you an educational version of CS5 Design Premium registered to the account.

    Unfortunately, the retail installation files will not work with an educational serial number.  You will want to use the DVD, that was provided with your purchase to install CS5 Design Premium.  If the current computer does not have an optical drive, then use a computer that does to copy the files to a USB drive or purchase an external DVD reader.
