Adobe creative suite premium- I can't registerit on a new computer and I can't disable it from the old one.On my account the program results registered , but when I open the program it asks to register

Adobe creative suite premium-

I can't register it on a new computer and I can't disable it from the old one where it is registered (where can I find the number of registration?)

On my account ADOBE .COM the product results registered (?), but when I open one of the  program it asks to register and if I do,  it doesn't work.

There is a phone number for Help (italian)?

    assuming this is cs6 or older, Find your Adobe product serial number quickly

    if you see an activation count error, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and ask for an activation count reset.
