adobe creativecloud desktop download application

I am trying to download creative cloud software and then the desktop app pops up to tell me to sign in even though im already signed in on the website.  I then try to sign into the desktop application but it loads and then says im signed out and to sign in again.  so i try to sign in again and it does the same thing.  it will load and then say i am logged out and need to sign in, its a relentless loop of signing into this thing.  ANY HELP?
