Does Adobe Charge Credit Card Surcharge?
if so on which cards and how much?
and why is it not stated anywhere that there is a Credit card surcharge

No, Adobe does not “surcharge” your credit card! Why should they? They charge what is due. In very rare cases there may be a charging error. Therefore, I suggest you contact customer support as recommended.
