Adobe CS 5.5 Design Premium - Upgrade Version can not install

Dear users!

I have "Adobe CS 5.5 Design Premium Upgrade Version" with Serial No.

In this package it is combined with "Adobe CS 5.5 Design Standard Upgrade Version".

In manual I read it is ready to install the Upgrade Version with Serial No. So first I have to put in this SN in Installer and then should be asked for Version before and this SN. But I only can put in a Serial No from internal product like Photoshop or InDesign. I have no SN from these - I only have SN from big package CS (Creative Suite).

There is no chance to choose Creative Suite where I can put in the Number from Standard Version.

Maybe anybody can help me installing this Adobe CS 5.5 Design Premium Upgrade Version.

you should be able to upgrade from cs5.5 design standard (ds) to cs5.5 design premium.  i don't know any way to solve the problem if ds is not offered in the dropdown.  it should be there; double check.

It is "Adobe CS 5.5 Design Standard Upgrade Version" sn.

Yes, but in this dropdown list there is no CS. There are only single products like Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Flash and so on... but not CS.

So I checked all single products with the serial number from this CS Version before but it shows everytime not compatible with the following product.

And I don´t know exactly what you mean with "at the correct time" ?

what previous version serial number do you have?

when starting your installation you're prompted for your cs5.5 serial number.  when the installer fails to find a qualifying product (ie, previous version) installed, you will be presented with a dropdown of possible qualifying products.  select the one you own.  you will then be asked to enter the qualifying products serial number.

enter the correct number at the correct time and installation will proceed.
