Adobe CS4 Install Error/Critical Error

I am trying to install adobe cs4 on my computer. I have downloaded the files and when I click setup it loads and then give me an error" Critical errors were found in setup please see the setup log for details. Can anyone help me? Thanks. I have attached screenshot of error.

Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?
