Adobe CS5 web premium

In 2011 heb ik de Adobe CS5 web premium gekocht en er jaren goed mee kunnen werken. Nu in 2025 heb ik een andere computer gekocht en mijn oude leeggemaakt en weggedaan. Ik heb mijn legale versie van Photoshop opnieuw geinstalleerd op mijn nieuwe computer maar nu vraagt hij om een proefversie en de meegeleverde codes herkent hij niet meer. 

 

Hoe los ik dit op?

Thanks for the update, Arnoj. It is not surprising that Creative Suite 5 is already registered to a different account in 2025. Please make sure to sign in with the account you used to register CS5. You can use the steps listed at https://adobe.ly/4pdZWMA to request a password reset.

 

There are very few people in Adobe who can search for serial numbers across accounts, Arnoj, and even then, they would not be able to provide much information about the account the software was registered to, so please do your best to regain access to the account that you used to originally register the software. If you have exhausted all of your options, then click on https://adobe.ly/48xSN2A to speak with someone who might be able to help you locate the account. ^JW

Did you deactivate Creative Suite from your old computer before discarding it?
That's critically important because your individual license has a strict 2 time activation limit. Remote deactivation is not possible

If the old devices are no longer in your possession, you won't be able to activate CS on another device.

If I try to register I get the message that the serial number is already in use

then you have to use a computer that has a current activation to deactivate.  that computer must meet adobe's securty specs (https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/activation-limit-reached-for-non-subscription-adobe-desktop-applications/td-p/14804413?linkId=100000392613239).

 

if that's impossible because older computers with your activation are no longer available, then it's impossible to activate any new installations.

Please see https://adobe.ly/48GEmKJ for information on how to register your Creative Suite 5 serial numbers. If successful, you will then be given access to the installation files. This can help you confirm if the serial number you purchased is still valid, Arnoj.
