Adobe CS6 Design & Web Premium

I installed Adobe CS6 Design & Web Premium on my Windows 8.1 Enterprice PC. All programs works fine, but when I try to update with Adobe application updater, I get this error (after downloading the required installation files):

'Installation program can't initialize. Download Adobe Support Advisor...'

When I do this, the Advisor says there is no problem...

Is this a general problem or there is something wrong on my PC?

    Could be anything from a permissions problem to something liek a virus scanner interfering... Impossible to tell with so little information at hand.
