Adobe CS6 Master Collection Serial Code Error
I had purchased Adobe CS6 Master Collection and I fully own all Adobe applications contained therein. I am now running into an error message while trying to use any of the applications on my laptop computer.
The error message reads as follows:
"We're sorry, but we're not able to connect to the Adobe Server right now. Please click here (https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html?sdid=RBS7NQMG&mv=d...) to troubleshoot any connectivity problems. If this problem persists please contact Customer Support (https://www.adobe.com/in/genuine/landing-csadnr.html?sdid=599F8QN9&trackingid=CRH529XX&mv=other)."
"Go to the Subscription Manager (https://account.adobe.com/plans?trackingid=CJ132KDZ&mv=other) to renew your subscription for Creative Cloud and continue using your product uninterrupted. If you have just renewed your subscription, please wait 15 minutes and try again."
I have a serial code for Adobe CS6 Master Collection and never have used Adobe Creative Cloud. I had no trouble using all of the software applications that are a part of Adobe CS6 Master Collection in the past.
Because I fully paid for the software I need help resolving this error.
