Adobe CS6 upgrade to Adobe CC 2014

Hello. I have installed Adobe CS6 with Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat Pro and the Creative Cloud panel says to upgrade to Adobe CC (2014). The serial number and the payment will be requested or is this a free upgrade?

There is no upgrade from CS6. It is trying to get you to buy into a subscription. Ignore it and be happy with what you have unless you wish to subscribe to the Creative Cloud.
