Adobe CS6 wont install on surface book 3

I bought the Surface Book 3 but it keeps telling me that it can not install on windows 10?

Well I had tried that and it did not work. But would you believe it I think I just figured out what is going on. So on my previous computer it was windows 10 home and about 4 years old. On this new surface book it is windows 10 pro. And they have in the Core isolation of the windows security turned on. At first it would not let me  turn it off so I had to do the following

Go to the search bar and type in Registry Editor then:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\DeviceGuard\Scenarios\HypervisorEnforcedCodeIntegrity, Enabled key, set it value from 1 to 0.

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\DeviceGuard\Scenarios\CredentialGuard, Enable key, set it value from 0 to 1.
