Adobe customer service need revamp

What is going on with Adobe customer service? I have been on chat for 1 hour with reps being switched over several times then they dropped the connection with the issue still unresolved. A few weeks ago they said they would post to my account and still haven't received it. Each call, the reps do not seem to have a clue as to what is going on or how to resolve client issues.
