Adobe Design and Web Premium CS6 reactivation

Hi,

We want to reactivate the Design and Web Premium CS6 license on the new machine. The licenses were used on the old machines, but we are not using them anymore.

I tried the offline mode, and it told me that you have reached the limit. When I tried again, it told me the serial number and the request code were not invalid.

I tried contacting support, but they told me chat and phone support were not available for this product.

Please help us activate the product on the new machine.

You'll need a machine that's compatible with legacy 32-bit apps.

In the absense of that, you're SOL.

Decade old CS6 is discontinued, unsupported & in many cases too obsolete for modern use.  You would do well to use modern software that's compatible with new equipment.

Photoshop Elements or Premiere Elements (approx $100, no subscription needed).

  • Camera Raw
  • Lightroom on desktop, mobile and the web
  • Lightroom Classic
  • Portfolio website + hosting
  • Adobe Express (free starter plan)
  • Bridge
  • 20 GB cloud storage (upgradable to 1 TB).
  • Free upgrades for paid subscribers

if you still have the old computer, start a cs6 app and click help>deactivate.  otherwise, if you purchased from or registered with adobe, sign into your account (https://account.adobe.com) and deactivate the licenses.

if you cannot do either, contact adobe support and request an "activation count reset".  ask for nothing else.
