Adobe Desktop Service Error - Missing Entry: waitForRegistration=true

Following the last Adobe Creative Cloud I've been seeing the following error: "Error in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\ADS\Adobe Desktop Service.exe Missing entry: --waitForRegistration=true" and the Adobe Creative Cloud application hangs on "Loading Creative Cloud".
I've attempted to:
- Repair Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Uninstall All Adobe application using the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaner application and then resinstalling Adobe Creative Cloud.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
