Adobe Director deactivation on dead hardware

Hi, I am trying to activate Director 11.5 with a purchased serial number. It says the maximum installations is reached. I do not have the old hardware anymore to deactivate my previous installation (the pc has crashed beyond repair). What do I need to do?

You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues. They can manage the deactivation for you.
