Adobe DNG Converter 13.2 doesnt install on Windows 10

Question

I downloaded vesino 13.2 for my Mac and my Windows 10 systems. The Mac installed OK and works. When I run the downloaded installer, I get the error "This program does not support the version of Windows your computer is running". I am running Windows 10 64 bit with the latest updates.

I also saw some posts that Visual C++ was required, and I'm running Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistribution.

check for, and if available, update your osrepair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired.update your ms visual c++, if it can be updatedrestart your computer (don't skip this)
