Adobe document is not downloading. it's almost 20 minutes and it remain in 0% although the screen display downloading

Could you please explain a bit more about your issue.

What Operating System do you have.
What Document are you trying to download.
Where exactly are you trying to download it.

I uirchased Adobe document pdf. My PC is Window 7. I sign in, then download, next it display downloading, but it freeze on 0%. Hi Alex,

You can follow the link; PDF converter, edit PDF, sign PDF anywhere | Adobe Acrobat DC and once again try and download the application Adobe Acrobat DC.

If you still face any issues with it you can follow the article: Troubleshoot Creative Cloud download and install issues to get your issues fixed.
