Adobe does not recognize my country when I try to buy CC

Can someone help?

I have an Adobe account and in my account settings I was able to find and select my country (Brazil) among other options. Now, when I try to buy the CC, they don't recognize my location info and also don't allow me to use my credit card (apparently because of my location as well).

What should I do?

Hi Cinthiapauli,

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums. This ID has the United States as it's registered country.

The Country of the Adobe ID, payment details & store has to be same.

As a workaround, you can create a new Adobe ID with the email address that is associated with your current Adobe ID.  See link for instructions:
