Adobe Download Assistant

I d/l-ed this and all I get is the welcome screen and 3 d/lable icons.  When I try to d/l one it says its already installed.  I can't get beyond this.  Any ideas?

    No, I don't.  I have the Adobe Download Assistant.  I want convert jpg's to word

    Lovduckyy are you trying to download a trial of Acrobat 11 Professional using the Adobe Download Assistant?  If so what specific errors are you receiving?  I would also recommend reviewing Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-download-assistant.html which covers several common errors and their solutions.
