Adobe draw, sketch adobe ID login bug

Hi,

I got recently the new iPad Pro and am using an iPhone 8 plus.

I installed on both adobe draw, sketch and creative cloud.

I have adobe illustrator and photoshop within adobe creative suite on my MacBook.

I can login using my Adobe ID into creative cloud on my iPad and iPhone, as my MacBook.

Unfortunately, after installing draw and sketch, once using my adobe ID it shows the error on both iPhone and iPad:

“Access Required, this account does not have required access to a sync storage location. Please sign in with a different account.”

Could you help me solve this problem?

Thanks,

Regards,

Janos

Hello Janos,

If your login is associated with an enterprise account that does not use Creative Cloud for its storage, then you may face this issue. In Enterprise there are 2 plans (with and without storage). If you are added with a plan without storage then you will not be able to use online services and mobile apps. You may also try creating a free adobe ID and check if that works.

Thanks,

You have Creative Suite and not a creative cloud subscription? Is that correct?
