Adobe Education download FlashBuilder

Hi, i downloaded the Flash Builder Education program from https://freeriatools.adobe.com/ in the process, the website indicated that the education license 2 weeks here soon but I spent 17 days and I have not received anything, download the trial version of Flash builder hoping that the license to enter and get ready

can you help me?
