Adobe Elements 13

Question

I will be purchasing a neww Win !0 Computer shortly. I have adobe elements 13 Photoshop and Premier which is registered . I have all the disks and serial numbers. Can i re-install these onto my new computer because in my distant past i never cancelled my codes on premier 9 and could not re-install them which was frustrating to say the least.. And have checked Elements 13 on my compuer and can find no way to unsubscribe "if that is the correct terminology" my present software

In the editor menu for Photoshop Elements and in Premiere Elements, go to Help > Deactivate or Help Sign out to deactivate from the old computer.

If you don't have access to the old computer, you can still deactivate version 9 by going to:

Important: Only ask to have your activations reset.
