Adobe Encore can't be accessed

Hello. I downloaded Premier Pro CS5.5 some time ago, and have just started using it. I'm told that Adobe Encore is included with the program, but the 'Send to Encore' part on my menu (File>Adobe Dynamic Link>Send to Encore) is ghosted. Probably a fault on my part, can anyone tell me what I need to do to enable Encore? I have a wedding file I need to put on DVD. Thanks

    Correct answer

    start your cs5.5 setup.

it will give you the option of installing programs not already installed.

Thanks for that. I ended up going back to Adobe, they took over my computer for a while, established that the original download was faulty, gave me an updated version and didn’t even charge me for the phone call! Two hours later the download was installed, Encore is running and the wedding DVD is done and dusted.

    Thanks again for your help,

    Clutterbucky

    is encore installed and activated?

Good question.  As a first time Mac user, I can't find it on the dock, and it's not listed in the Applications folder.  Being a download rather than a CD version of PPro, I can't even look at the case.....  When I try a search in Finder, it also comes up blank.  Would it be safe to assume that it probably isn't installed?
