Adobe Exchange panel

Question

Hi! I've downloaded Exchange panel in Creative cloud for Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. After restarting all the apps and the Mac i can see the Exchange panel but it can't be activated. Anyone out there you can help me solve this issue? Thanks

Having the same problem. When I click on the Exchange Panel icon in my Panels palette, I'm prompted with a Click Update for latest features. I click update and get a prompt that tells me a newer version of Exchange is available to install. I click Yes and then get an Info panel that says Adobe Extension Manager is require to install this extension. Do you want to launch Extension Manager now? Click Yes and spinning animation and the EM never opens.
