Adobe Experience Manager

Can anyone tell me how this Adobe Experience Manager got on my computer and how do I get rid of it,it appeared out of nowhere ,when I try to go to a few websites instead of going to the site my browser opens to Adobe Experience Manager page and wants me to login to my acct ,I didnt install it so I damn sure dont have an acct it's preventing me from acsessing sites I've been using for years ,sites that Adobe doesnt have anything to do with ,like right now I cant get to US Cellular to pay my bill ,I want this off mmy pcc
