Adobe Flash CS4 quits loading after license agreement

I am wondering why my Adobe Flas CS4 Pro stops loading after I click accept in the license agreement?

Wiindows 7

Intel i7 2.00GHz

Ram- 6.0

The program will load the license agreement and then the agreement goes away and nothing happens after. I have uninstalled it twice and reinstalled without errors, and still nothing.

So you are able to install successfully. But then when you try to open Flash CS4 Professional it prompts you to accept the End User License agreement at that point the application quits unexpectedly is that correct?

You may want to verify their was no installation errors. You can do so by following the steps listed at Troubleshoot installation with install logs | CS3, CS4 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-installation-install-logs-cs3.html.
