Adobe Flash Player upgrade.

I need to update my Adobe Flash Player and the message I get is to close out of all programs. I currently have weather bug on my computer and it wont let me close it out. Do I need to uninstall this product and reinstall it after I do the upgrade???

I am assuming you are using Windows. If so then you can always end the task for WeatherBug. Press Control-Alt-Delete to access your task manager. You should then be able to close out WeatherBug from either the Processes or Application tab.
