Adobe GCClient on Relocated Folder

Hello

I just finished updating my Macbook to Catalina. And I found the "relocated folder" on my desktop.

Under the /Relocated\ Items/ Security/ folder, I found 2 adobe folders.

The AdobeGCClient folder is an empty folder. And the Adobe folder contains another Adobe GCClient folder that contains an Adobe GCClient app.

Where should I move these folders to? Or is it safe to delete them?
