Adobe Help is Ineffective
I went into the chatbox in the help center and asked my question and 20+ minutes later there is still no response. Not that long ago I did get hold of someone who took remote access to my computer and they did not know what was going on. I ended up having a friend come over and help me out. This is so unlike what Adobe Help was like a couple years ago where the people who were at the help center knew what they were doing.
Adobe you really need to get you stuff together and offer a professional help team or discontinue offering help.
