Adobe Help is Ineffective

I went into the chatbox in the help center and asked my question and 20+ minutes later there is still no response. Not that long ago I did get hold of someone who took remote access to my computer and they did not know what was going on.  I ended up having a friend come over and help me out. This is so unlike what Adobe Help was like a couple years ago where the people who were at the help center knew what they were doing.

Adobe you really need to get you stuff together and offer a professional help team or discontinue offering help.

Hi Skoek

This is a user-to-user forum with some input by staff. You are not addressing Adobe.

We can help when you are still having the issue, as the volunteers who answer questions are long-time users who work with the software on a daily basis with a wide range of knowledge. I’m glad your issue is solved!
