When I tried to create an Adobe ID, I found that someone else already created one with my email address. I clicked on the "forgot password" link, set up a new password, and changed as much of the information on the site as I could. Unfortunately, I still can't seem to change my country - the website has me in Argentina, though I live in Canada, and it frequently switches into Spanish.

What can I do to fix this?
