if you're trying to sign-in to your cc apps on a 3rd computer, you will need to sign out of, at least, one of the other two.

you can check your account to which devices are signed-in, https://accounts.adobe.com

It' s not the solution to my problem I think - I don't ask about the cloud but about the id... I can't close the ID - can I?
