Adobe ID deactivated

Question

I have deactivated my Adobe ID a long time ago (on another acc, not this), but I need to activate my account again! Can you guys help me? They say I should contact Support Team, but I couldn't do that. Chat is no available and there's no email adress.  I need some help ASAP! How to activate your Adobe Account?
