Adobe Illustrator 10

I have a new CPU (old system failed) and want to load my Illustrator 10. It asks me for my original version, which  cannot locate, but I have serial number for 10 upgrade (S/N [removed]

Can you help?

    You will never be able to install such an old version on a new mac. You will have to upgrade to a new version. But I doubt that from this ancient version exists an upgrade path. So you will have to buy a complete version.

    Adobe doesn't know what you don't know. If your info isn't registered on your account, nobody can do anything for you, especially with such ancient software.
