Adobe illustrator 2017 Trial Download [Trial expired after 2 days]

I downloaded the Adobe Illustrator 2017 trial version to see the new updates and to decide if I wanted to purchase it monthly.  It said it was for 7 days, but I just logged back into it today, and it said I had "00 days" left of my trial. This is pretty ridiculous considering I just downloaded it Sunday night, there I only had it for 2 days.  Can someone from Adobe Illustrator's tech support team or a representative from the company assist me with this issue?  Thank you!
