Adobe Illustrator CC, InDesign CC, etc all request the I sign in?

I cant open any adobe product for couple days . I subscribe to adobe from march this year for year. if I enter to the program it write me sign in required. I make sign in and again it write me the same " sign in required " .   what can I do?

    Hi Marinad42758005,

    Sorry that you are having trouble using your Adobe Illustrator app since so long, as per your description your apps asks you to sign in repeatedly hence i would request to refer to the following help document to resolve the issue: Adobe Creative Cloud signs you out or asks you to sign in repeatedly.

    I tried the 3 options to solve the problem you sand . still it sand popup to sign in. what to do ?

    Have you installed any other Adobe apps and are they working fine?

    Windows or Mac?
