Adobe impossible to get hold! How do you get in contact with a representative?
I would like to speak to someone about a supposed membership that I have. Tried calling and just being kept on hold. Noone responds to my chat requests. It appears impossible to cancel my 'membership' and obtain a refund through account management.
It is ridiculous, I am being charged for an account I have never used and they want me to update my credit details so they can charge me more!!
I am absolutely livid and am in contact with Consumer Affairs WA to get some assistance in getting this matter resolved.
