Adobe InDesign CC downloading needed. Do you have weekend Customer Service?

I started a new 2021 Fall semester, at College and one of my required subjects needed to fulfill the prerequisite is Typography 2. I presently pay a monthly subscription to Adobe. In need of Adobe Customer Service on the weekend, to download the Adobe InDesign CC app onto my personal HP LapTop, can you assist me?

Does the instrcutons do not help you to download the CC Desktop app?

    Assuming you have a personal subscription, you are allowed to download your Adobe CC applications into two computers – either PC or Mac versions or one of each version. Install the Creative Cloud app onto your laptop and install InDesign via that. You can access your Adobe Account details via the Creative Cloud app.
