Adobe® InDesign® CC (month-to-month);the payment of membership didn't confirm

hi,I pressed the "Confirm Membership" button in the signing page,but the state was keeping in process and didn't show the order was accepted or not.Therefore,How wanna know did i paid already ,because i had logged out and signed again like 2 times .

Actually i typed wrong.The question should be like this:

I pressed the "Confirm Membership" button in the signing page,but the state was keep being in process and didn't show the order was accepted or not.Therefore,did i pay it already?Besides , i had logged out and signed up the payment repeatedly like 2 times ,would the system double counted me ?
